Admiral Fallow

Admiral Fallow (formerly known as Brother Louis Collective) is a Scottish musical group formed in 2007 by singer-songwriter Louis Abbott. This ensemble of talented musicians consists of Louis Abbott (guitar/vocals), Kevin Brolly (clarinet/paino/drum), Philip Hague (drums), Sarah Hayes (piano/flute/vocals), and Joseph Rattray (upright bass). Citing influences including Tom Waits, Elbow, Low, Midlake, King Creosote, and Springsteen, Admiral Fallow adds clarinet, flute, double bass and four jaw-dropping voices to the usual indie line-up to smash through their joyous, heart-filled, orchestral-tinged and beautifully well crafted songs. Louis is proud to be Scottish and his accent is to the fore in his singing, contrasting magically with the Northumbrian tones of Sarah Hayes, the second vocalist. This is "Squealing Pigs" off of their debut album (under the new moniker) Boots Met My Face.
